• 3,000 + seats for MS Exchange 2003 w/ high availability via Microsoft Clustering
• Designed messaging environment to achieve 99.999% availability for multinational enterprise leveraging MS Exchange 2003, including layered security, multiple front-end servers w/ load balancing, multiple back-end servers w/ MS clustering, and replication to redundant data center
